AZTEC ARRANGES $6 MILLION FOR THE PERMANENT FINANCING OF THE BADCOCK BUILDING AT 19600 S. DIXIE HIGHWAY IN MIAMI, FLORIDA

Miami, Florida -- Aztec Group, Inc., Florida’s leading real estate investment and merchant banking firm based in Miami, is pleased to announce the permanent financing of the Badcock Furniture building located at 19600 South Dixie Highway in Miami, Florida.

19600 South Dixie, LLC purchased the empty 40,909 square foot building over a year ago and leased it to Badcock in April 2006 for a 10-year initial period. Aztec secured a senior permanent loan in the amount of $6,000,000 for the property on a 10-year term with 2 years interest only.
