Roberto Cortes and Ernesto Weisson, the principals of South Bay Group, a Key Biscayne real estate development firm, indirectly purchased controlling interests in two companies that own 24 lots in the Ocean Reef Club, located in Ocean Reef, Key Largo, Florida. A company that they control has an option to purchase an additional 5 lots located in Ocean Reef.

The seller was represented legally by William D. Rohrer, Esq. and Roger S. Goldman, Esq. of Carlton Fields. The Purchaser was represented legally by Norman T. Roberts, Esq. P.A.
