Michael Stein
As Managing Director for Aztec Group, Inc., Michael Stein focuses on structured finance transactions including recapitalizations, mezzanine loans, preferred equity and joint ventures.
Stein has participated in and completed over $2 Billion of real estate transactions involving investment sales, mezzanine and equity financing since 1996.
Stein's transactions include the $102.5 Million sale of the Monticello Apartments in Miami Lakes, the $43 Million financing of Glenmoor Apartments in West Palm Beach and the $60 Million joint venture structuring of Radius, a mixed-use residential-commercial development in Hollywood.
Stein graduated from Skidmore College with a Bachelor of Arts Degree. Stein has resided in South Florida for thirty years and is active in several philanthropic organizations including the Museum of Contemporary Art, the Commerce and Professions division of the Greater Miami Jewish Federation and the Young Presidents at Mount Sinai.
